At Goimoto, we are committed to providing exceptional health and wellness services designed to empower you to achieve your health goals naturally. Our programs and services do not include medicines or supplements, as we focus entirely on natural, holistic approaches.

Refund Eligibility

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and we understand that results vary based on individual efforts and consistency. Therefore, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:

  1. The client must complete at least 70% of the prescribed sessions, tasks, or services within the agreed program timeline.
  2. The client must demonstrate active participation, such as attending live sessions, completing assignments on daily basis, and providing feedback during the program.
  3. If, after completing 70% or more of the program, the client is not satisfied with the results or services, they may request a refund by providing written feedback explaining the reason for dissatisfaction.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. If the client has completed less than 70% of the program or has failed to participate consistently.
  2. If the dissatisfaction arises from external factors unrelated to our services, such as personal circumstances or lack of time commitment.
  3. For missed live sessions or challenges due to the client’s unavailability (recordings and materials will be provided in such cases).

 

Digital Products

For non-tangible irrevocable goods (“digital products”) such as eBooks, online courses, or downloadable materials, refunds are not issued once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

If you experience any issues receiving or downloading digital products, please contact us immediately for assistance.

How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to support@goimoto.in with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  1. Include your name, membership details, and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
  2. Attach proof of your participation, such as session attendance or completed tasks.

Our team will review your request within 7 business days and process the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients can cancel their membership at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made before completing the required 70% participation.
